INEOS BRAND MANAGER

Location: Chiswick

Salary: £50,000 plus bonus scheme and Company Car

Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus and Polestar across 17 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex.

We are excited to be partnering with INEOS, bringing their exclusive Grenadier model to the UK market. Added to the INEOS brand, our new site at Chiswick will prepare and deliver all Polestar and LEVC models sold throughout the Group.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Brand Manager to lead the franchise in Chiswick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aftersales and commercial awareness. This role demands clear leadership, in order to lead the franchise with vision, inspiration and motivation. The Brand Manager will ensure that the prep and service departments achieve and exceed key performance indicators and agreed monthly targets. This role will be at the cutting edge of the INEOS brand.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the INEOS brand.We expect candidates for this role to have the following: -

• More than 5 years of experience as a people Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management within Aftersales
• A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
