We are looking for people who share our vision of being ambassadors of a premium brand and providing unparalleled customer satisfaction. Endeavour Automotive are now recruiting ‘Care By Volvo’ Specialists (CBV) to join our new Studio team in North London.

Job Purpose

As a CBV Specialist, you will introduce people to our cars and services. Turning curiosity into intense interest, you will build and maintain long-term business relationships with your customers. It’s your role to engage guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their specific interests and agenda.

You will ensure that visitors are inspired by their experience in the Studio by: -

• Build rapport with all customers through friendly and engaging communication
• Enlightening customers about the ‘Care By Volvo’ subscription service and converting enquiries into subscription customers.
• Process enquiries appropriately on the CRM system to enable future follow-up contact
• Upsell to customers by outlining all of the benefits of premium grades, packs and options
• Support in all marketing initiatives through maximising the conversion of inbound leads
• Pro-actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customers’ experience

• Requires a passion for consumer experience, sales and marketing

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you must have:

• At least 6 months experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail environment
• Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences (drama, public-speaking, teaching, retail sales, event-planning or customer care will also be positively considered)

£25,000 per annum

Required

• Full valid driving licence
• An acceptable safe driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
