Volvo have a brand-new concept, Care by Volvo, and we’re looking for a team leader, who will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales and service gurus who will be spreading the word about this amazing new service.
Before we get into the detail on what we’re looking for, let us introduce ourselves. What you’ll do
So now that we’ve got you invested, we should probably tell you a little more about what the role entails.
Our Care by Vovlo roles are brand new fusion roles, and we need a team leader, to not only get involved in the day to day work of the team, but someone who is also on hand to oversee the customer expereince & handover specialists.
The role is not only an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, and dazzle them with everything they need to know about the incredible Care by Volvo offer, but you are also involved in the end to end process. What does this mean? Well, although initially you may be speaking to your customers online or over the phone, once you have signed them up to Care by Volvo, helped them to spec their perfect car, and sealed the deal, you will then meet them face to face as you deliver their brand new vehicle to them.
You may be wondering about what this means in terms of your day to day role, so let’s talk about our vision for this role. If you secure this role you will:
o This could be through filming a video walkround of your customers new vehicle, keep warm phone calls, or, providing delivery updates; and finally,
Who you are
We firmly believe that when it comes to roles such as this, that whilst knowledge is great, we want to hire for attitude and train for skill. This role requires someone with a big personality, and we know that isn’t something that you can teach.
The candidates that we’re looking for will have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, be a real team player, and have an emphatic instinct, which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated, you make things happen, and you’ll need to be a competent and courteous driver (as we do have that reputation to maintain, even when we’re behind the wheel!).

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Endeavour brand, as well as the Volvo brand. As we’ve said, experience in the automotive industry isn’t essential for this role, but you must have:
Salary: up to £40,000 OTE
Hours: Retail rota, weekend cover required
Work Place: The office is located in Chiswick, in addition your role will be based in and around London, dependent on where your customers are located.
