Fleet Sales Administrator

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus and Polestar across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team.

What you will do:

Our Fleet Sales Administrators will play a pivotal role in managing operational processes for the FN50 and selected corporate and National accounts.
You will manage the online portals and respond promptly to enquiries, Leaselink experience is essential for this role.

Day to Day tasks:

• Order new vehicles (ensuring the specification is accurate and matches the customers’ orders) – Ebbon/Leaselink experience essential.
• Proactively offer alternative vehicles to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports.
• Taxi and invoice new cars.
• Input stock details on group's computer system.
• Arrange new car deliveries with drivers and logistics companies.
• Liaise with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.

The Fleet Sales Administrator we are looking for will be a team player. With exceptional attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you must have the following: -

· At least 2 years' administration experience within the automotive industry

· Fleet experience

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

·Enthusiasm for automotive products and excellent IT skills

.Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset

.Excellent communication and administrative skills
