What you’ll do
The Handover Specialist will work together with the wider Sales team to consistently deliver on an incredible and exciting experience to all current and new customers. The Handover Specialist will be a brand advocate, supporting Volvo’s mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.
As a Handover Specialist, you will deliver a smooth and seamless customer journey; keeping in touch with the customer throughout from point of sale and providing an unparalleled vehicle handover experience.
