Volvo Handover Specialist

Salary: £18,500 OTE £30,000

We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus and Polestar brands across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and dynamic Handover Specialist to join our team in Maidenhead.

What you’ll do

The Handover Specialist will work together with the wider Sales team to consistently deliver on an incredible and exciting experience to all current and new customers. The Handover Specialist will be a brand advocate, supporting Volvo’s mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.

As a Handover Specialist, you will deliver a smooth and seamless customer journey; keeping in touch with the customer throughout from point of sale and providing an unparalleled vehicle handover experience. You will ensure customer satisfaction beyond the vehicle handover by introducing customer to the Service and Aftersales team. You will also:

• Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle
• Educate and inspire customers by answering their questions
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
• Act as a role model of Endeavour’s culture and behaviours
• Keep customers up to date with new car build progress

Your experience:

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you must have:

• More than 6 months experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail environment
• Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences (drama, public-speaking, teaching, retail sales, event-planning or customer care will also be positively considered)

This role will require a valid driving licence and an acceptable safe driving record.
