We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC and Lotus brands across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Branch Manager to join our team at LEVC.

What you’ll do

Managing a small sales and service team including a Prep Centre Manager, Sales Executive, Service Advisor and Technician; this role will maximise the sales and profitability of the dealership through excellent customer satisfaction. The role will ensure the sales department achieves and exceeds profit targets and maintains agreed margins. The LEVC Branch Manager will attract, recruit, and develop a strong, high-performing branch team; mentoring staff and providing manufacturer approved training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for electric vehicles. For this role you must have the following: -

·More than 2 years of experience as a people manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management

·A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices

·Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results

· Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
