Sales Manager £45k Basic + Bonus

What you’ll do
The Sales Manager will be leading a team of high motivated sales professionals in a new Used Car business. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to provide the best possible service for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them. This is an exciting opportunity as the plans are for this new site to expand in the future from a dedicated Used Car Centre into a fully franchised offering.
