Endeavour Automotive have a fantastic opportunity for a Care By Volvo Studio Manager to join our new Studio team in North London.

What you’ll do

The Volvo Sales Manager will lead the Studio team to consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all their current and future customers. The Studio team will be brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for customers, enlightening them on the Care By Volvo subscription service and converting enquiries into subscription customers. The Studio Manager will lead the team by example, fully engaging with customers and supporting and developing the team.

As a Volvo Sales Manager, you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about the Care By Volvo subscription service from the moment they walk into the Studio. You will also:

  • Coordinate, manage and provide direction to the Studio team
  • Ensure that the team are providing tailored experiences based on our customers’ specific agenda or requirements
  • Lead the team to converting customer enquiries into subscriptions
  • Act as a role model of Endeavour Automotive’s culture and behaviours
  • Inspire and coach the team to create the energy and excitement around Volvo offers

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. To apply for this role you must have: -

  • More than 2 years of experience in an automotive sales environment
  • More than 2 years of experience in leadership and people management
  • Have the ability to quickly demonstrate a mastery of all Volvo products and services

This role will require a valid driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
