We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Workshop Controller/Manager to join our team.
What you’ll do
In this role you will be responsible for maximising the Workshop’s throughput, productivity and efficiency. Ensure there is a smooth flow of internal work with no bottle necks and grow a strong relationship with the Sales department. You will oversee the work carried out on the warranty system and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to provide the best possible service for our customers whilst ensuring the Company profit targets and objectives are achieved. You will be expected to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to all.
