Geely Starray 1.5 EM-i Max 5dr Auto

Model(s): Geely EX5 (SE, PRO, MAX, ULTRA); Starray EM-i (PRO, MAX, ULTRA)

(a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08364891); and (2) Geely Auto UK Limited, Li Close, Ansty Park, Ansty, Coventry, CV7 9RF (a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16697398)

1. Overview

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the promotional offers (“Promotion”) available on new Geely EX5 and Starray EM-i vehicles ordered after 01 July 2026 and delivered within one (1) month of the close of this Promotion. Other offers may be added during the Promotion Period.

1.2 By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms.

1.3 The Promotion is available through participating authorised Geely retailers in the United Kingdom and is subject to vehicle availability.

2. Definitions

• “Eligible Customer”: A UK resident purchasing at retail terms (including a business purchasing at retail terms).

• “On the Road Price (OTR)”: The total retail price including VAT (where applicable), delivery, registration fees, number plates, and first year VED where applicable.

• “Finance Deposit Allowance”: A manufacturer funded deposit contribution available only where advertised in connection with an eligible finance product.

• “Promotional Period”: 01 July 2026 and ending when the Promoter ends the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is available to Eligible Customers who:

• are resident in the United Kingdom;

• if an individual, are aged 18 years or over;

• order a new Geely EX5 or Starray EM-i vehicle during the Promotional Period and delivered within one month of the end of the Promotional Period.

3.2 The Promotion is not available with:

• Fleet support

• Business support

• Broker programmes

• Leasing schemes

• Motability schemes

• Any other non-retail support programmes.

3.3 Only one set of promotional benefits may be applied per eligible vehicle purchase.

4. Finance Deposit Allowance

4.1 Where a Finance Deposit Allowance is advertised for a particular vehicle or finance product, it is available only when purchasing the vehicle using an approved finance product through Geely Auto UK Financial Services or its panel lenders (“Approved Finance Product”).

4.2 The FDA:

• is funded by Geely Auto UK;

• is deducted from the price of the vehicle, leaving a cash price against which the finance product is applied;

• is only available if the Eligible Customer completes the purchase using the relevant Approved Finance Product

• cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives; and

• cannot be applied retrospectively;

5.Promotional Finance Offers

5.1 Promotional Finance Offers may be available on new Geely EX5 or Starray EM-i vehicles ordered during the Promotional Period, subject to finance approval, eligibility and availability. Such offers may include PCP, HP, APP and other finance products as advertised from time to time.

5.2 Finance is subject to:

• status, creditworthiness, and affordability checks;

• the terms and conditions of the specific finance agreement; and

• charges for excess mileage, vehicle condition, early termination or early settlement where applicable.

5.3 Retailers may offer different examples depending on participation, vehicle derivative and lender arrangements.

5.4 Geely Auto UK Financial Services is a trading name of CA Auto Finance UK Limited (FRN: 312683) PO Box 4465, Slough, SL1 0RW. The Promoter is not a credit broker or a lender. The participating dealer is a credit broker not a lender and may receive commission for introducing customers to CA Auto Finance UK Ltd. This will be a fixed amount which will be disclosed to the customer before any commitment is made.

6. Customer Incentive Package (Geely EX5 PRO, GEELY EX5 MAX & Geely EX5 ULTRA Only)

6.1 Eligible Customers purchasing a Geely EX5 PRO, Geely EX5 MAX or Geely EX5 Ultra may choose one of the following:

1. Andersen A3 Home Charger for £999 (RRP £1,499; or)

2. Cord Home Charger for £799 (RRP £949)**

The Customer Incentive Package is available whether the vehicle is purchased for cash or using an Approved Finance Product.

6.2 The customer must select one option at the time of order. Once selected, it cannot be changed.

6.3 Home charger supply and installation:

• will be fulfilled by approved third-party installers;

• is subject to a site survey and suitability assessment;

• may require additional installation work at the customer's expense; and

is subject to the installer’s own terms and conditions.

7. Ordering, Registration & Availability

7.1 Vehicles must be ordered on or after 01 July 2026 and delivered within 30 days of the close of this promotion to qualify.

7.2 No extensions or exceptions will be offered.

7.3 Promotion availability is subject to vehicle supply and participating retailers.

8. Changes, Withdrawal & Substitution

8.1 Geely Auto UK may amend, suspend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to external circumstances or administrative error.

8.2 If an advertised incentive becomes unavailable, Geely may provide an alternative of equal or greater value.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data collected for participation in this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Geely Auto UK’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

9.2 Where incentives involve third party providers (e.g., charger installers or Octopus Electroverse), relevant personal data may be shared with those providers solely to administer and fulfil the customer’s selected incentive.

10. Errors, Misprints & Liability

10.1 While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occur.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.3 Geely Auto UK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
