Adding Polestar performance to Volvo

Dedicated to producing performance-enhanced road cars for Volvo, Polestar carbon fibre aerodynamic improvements have now been added to produce the 2018 Volvo S60 Polestar and the Volvo V60 Polestar. The result is a 30% increase in downforce, meaning big improvements in grip and stability, especially at high speeds. Only 1,500 will be produced, so please register your interest, if you want to get your hands on one of these exciting models.

Thanks to the skills and technology developed during the World Touring Car Championship and a secret testing programme, a Volvo S60 Polestar now holds the record for the fastest four-door road legal car round the infamous Nürburgring. Polestar’s lightweight carbon fibre additions to the S60 and V60 include a front splitter and side sills, and a rear spoiler extension on the S60. As well as these aerodynamic improvements, the Volvo S60 Polestar and Volvo V60 Polestar benefit from an updated interior comprising new seat upholstery with blue contrast stitching and Polestar embroidering, whilst outside, there are carbon fibre door mirror casings and high-gloss black Polestar diamond cut wheels. To finish the picture, Polestar has introduced a brand new colour: Bursting Blue Metallic. Overall, 250 components have been given the Polestar treatment to enhance the performance and design of these exciting new sports models.
