The front of the BAYON now boasts an integrated LED Daytime Running Light bar, creating a sleek, continuous light signature. The front bumper and grille have been enhanced to offer a stronger, more dynamic appearance. Inside, the BAYON’s spacious cabin prioritizes passenger comfort, featuring new LED lighting and customizable multicolour ambient lighting to suit your mood. The side profile draws attention with its dynamic shoulder line, bold graphic elements, powerful c-pillar, and wedge-shaped silhouette. At the rear, arrow-shaped LED combination lamps, connected by a striking red accent line, sweep outward, enhancing the vehicle's wider, more dynamic stance. A new full-width skid plate seamlessly integrates into the design, further emphasizing the BAYON's athletic character.

The BAYON features a dynamic 1.0L T-GDi 100PS engine, built to deliver outstanding fuel efficiency without compromising on driving fun. It offers the choice of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, providing smooth, responsive gear shifts whether you choose the effortless automatic mode or prefer to shift manually.

Simple and convenient, the wireless charging tray is placed in the centre console, allowing you to charge your smartphone effortlessly without needing to plug it in.      The BAYON takes its design cues from the larger TUCSON, boasting prominent contours and a twin lighting signature that incorporates slim, high-mounted daytime running lights and larger, angled headlights. Despite its SUV-inspired design, this compact ride is closer to a supermini in size, although its modest dimensions envelop a surprising 411 litres of boot space and room to seat five in comfort. The elevated ride height provides good forward visibility, and the model’s 17-inch alloy wheels and chic palette of paint colours give it a striking appearance.
    Inside, the driver-centric cockpit is designed to give easy access to all controls and information. Audio and communications functions are selected via an 8.0-inch touchscreen, which also enables smartphone integration through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cabin itself is harmoniously crafted and uses premium quality materials for a comfortable experience.
    Depending on trim level, the BAYON offers either an 8.0-inch or 10.25-inch infotainment system, the latter of which comes with built-in navigation. A Bose sound system is also available for those looking for concert-standard audio, as well as a wireless charging pad. All models get three USB ports so occupants can charge devices on the go, and Bluelink Connected Car Services enables you to create a user profile, sync your calendar, use voice commands and more.
    Safety features are comprehensive too, with the BAYON featuring Hyundai’s SmartSense system.
    The new Hyundai BAYON utilises mild hybrid technology to reduce the vehicle’s carbon footprint. A 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine is supported by a 48-volt mild-hybrid battery, producing either 99bhp or 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. This propels you from 0-62mph in under 11 seconds, and keeps CO2 emissions to 119g/km or under. With three different driving modes available too, you can select the settings that best suit your preferences.
    The overall feeling of roominess is helped by headroom of 993 mm for the driver and front seat passenger and 977 mm for rear passengers. Enjoy excellent legroom for a more comfortable ride. Front passengers can enjoy 1,072 mm of legroom, while rear passengers have 882 mm.
    With 411 litres of boot space and an intelligent trunk cover, BAYON stands out in the segment for its generous cargo capacity.
