We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Hyundai North London.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Service Reception Manager to join our team at Hyundai North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Advisor or Service Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career, with aspirations of becoming an Aftersales Manager.

Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer satisfaction, developing the service and reception teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service reception.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on HCX and NPS performance.
• Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Coach, motivate and develop Service Advisors and reception staff.
• Ensure customers receive proactive communication and regular updates.
• Oversee the daily operation of the service reception, maintaining high standards of customer care.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance and the customer experience.
• Support the Aftersales Manager with departmental objectives and continuous improvement.

About You

• Experience in a senior service advisor, team leader or similar automotive aftersales role.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
• Confident in handling complaints and challenging customer situations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to coach and develop others.
• Ambitious, proactive and looking to progress into an Aftersales Manager position.
