Free Test Drive and Purchase Offers – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Test Drive Reward and the Purchase Reward (together, the “Promotion”) provided by OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited (the “Promoter”) to eligible customers;

1. Eligibility1.1. General Eligibility (applies to all Promotions)To participate in the Promotion, customers must:
be residents of the United Kingdom;
be aged 18 or over;
be retail customers only (excluding business users, leasing customers, Motability customers, and employees of the Promoter, its retailers, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion); and
comply with the applicable eligibility requirements for the relevant reward set out below.
Where a vehicle has more than one registered keeper or purchaser, only one individual shall be eligible to receive any reward under this Promotion.
1.2. Test Drive Reward (a choice of 4 different rewards) – Eligibility To qualify for the Test Drive Reward, an eligible customer must: register for and complete a test drive of a new OMODA or JAECOO model between 5th August 2026 and 12th August 2026 (inclusive); and complete the test drive at a participating OMODA JAECOO retailer.
No vehicle purchase or registration is required to qualify for the Test Drive Reward.
1.3. Purchase Reward – Eligibility To qualify for the Purchase Reward, an eligible customer must:purchase a new OMODA or JAECOO vehicle between 5th August 2026 and 12th August 2026 (inclusive) at a participating retailer;
Vehicles must be registered by the 30th September 2026;
be the registered keeper of the vehicle; and
be the individual purchasing or financing the vehicle (as applicable).
Only one Purchase Reward is available per qualifying vehicle purchase.
1.4.Where an eligible customer both:completes a qualifying test drive during the promotional period; and
purchases and registers a qualifying vehicle during the same promotional period, that customer shall be entitled to receive both the Test Drive Reward and the Purchase Reward, subject to these Terms. Each reward is subject to its own redemption process and deadlines.
2. Reward Details2.1. Test Drive Reward The Test Drive Reward consists of 1 of 4 Reward Choices as follows:12 Free IMO “Wash 3 Triple Foam” car washes or;
A 2 Year Free Digital Kids Pass or;
A Free Airport Lounge Access for one person or;
4 Free Cinema Vouchers for either ODEON, Reel, Savoy, Merlin or Movie House cinemas.
Qualifying customers will be emailed a unique promotional code and link to a dedicated reward site, within 7 working days of completion of a qualifying test drive, enabling them to choose their preferred reward no later than 31st October 2026.Full terms and conditions and individual redemption mechanics apply to all 4 test drive rewards and will be found via the dedicated test drive reward site.The Car Wash reward will be valid for use until 31st October 2027, the Airport Lounge Access reward will be valid for lounge entries by 31st May 2027, the Kids Pass reward will be valid for 2 Years from date of activation, with activation required no later than 1st November 2027, the Cinema Vouchers reward will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of issue.
2.2. Purchase Reward The Purchase Reward entitles eligible customers to choose one of the following rewards:2-night hotel stay (either for 2 adults on a B&B basis with Dinner on one of the nights or for 2 adults and 2 children aged under 12 on a B&B basis);
Free Experience – choose from either a Tank driving (up to 2 adults or one adult aged 8+); Tandem skydive (One adult), Gorge walking (up to 4 persons, children must be 8+); or Afternoon tea experience (up to 4 persons);
£325 Prepaid Fuel Card;
4 Free Family Days Out (Free entry tickets to a range of UK Days Out attractions for 2 adults and 2 children aged up to 17).
Eligible customers will receive a reward email within 10 working days after the promotional period ends (12th August 2026), containing a unique code and a link to the reward site where they can choose their preferred Reward and How to Use/Book instructions are issued. Customers must select their preferred experience by 31st October 2026.Booking deadlines and experience completion deadlines apply as follows:
Hotel stay reward must be booked by 31st March 2027 and completed by 31st May 2027.
Free Experience reward must be booked by 28th February 2027 and taken by 31st May 2027.
£325 Prepaid Fuel Card reward – applications to be completed by 31st January 2027. Prepaid Card will be valid for use for 12 months from date of issue.
4 Free Family Days Out reward – days out entry requests must be received by 31st October 2027 for entries no later than 30th November 2027.
Customers choosing either the Free Experience or £325 Fuel Card will be required to complete an online booking/application form by the dates stated above. Free Experience customers will then be contacted via email, within 14 days of submitting the online booking form, with options for their preferred experience, date and location. £325 Prepaid Fuel Card customers will receive their Prepaid Fuel Card, accompanied by a letter, to the address provided, within 14 working days of submitting their application. Customers choosing the Hotel Stay or Days Out Reward will receive their voucher code and how to book instructions within 7 working days via the email provided. Failure to redeem or book within the stated time frames will result in forfeiture of the Purchase Reward, unless otherwise agreed at the Promoter’s discretion
3. Additional Purchase Reward Information3.1. Experiences or Hotel Stays are not valid during public or bank holiday periods.
3.2. All Hotel Stay, Experience and Days Out Rewards are subject to availability, seasonality, and location constraints.
3.3. Some Experience Rewards may involve group participation and travel requirements.
3.4. Certain Experience or Days Out Rewards may be subject to age, height, weight, or medical restrictions. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility and health requirements.
3.5. Experience or Days Out Reward durations and formats vary by provider and location.
3.6. Experiences and Days Out Rewards are provided by independent third-party operators and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
3.7. Hotel stay reward is provided by countryhotelbreaks.com and is subject to their own terms and conditions.
3.8. The prepaid fuel card is valid for use at any UK fuel station, where Mastercard® is accepted, until the £500 balance is fully depleted. The prepaid fuel card is valid for use at EV charging points where a prepaid Mastercard® is accepted, please check with individual providers. By participating in this promotion the details you provide on the online claim form will be processed by intermediaries, Grace & Courage Ltd and Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), to issue the £325 prepaid fuel card, and the information given will be checked by B4B Payments to confirm the identity of the claimant. The prepaid fuel card is issued by Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited trading as B4B Payments, who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to conduct electronic money service activities under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 with Firm Reference number 930619; pursuant to license from Mastercard International. Mastercard® is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Prepaid card usage is subject to their own terms and conditions.B4B Payments reserve the right to send the cardholder an email communication (to the email address provided on the application) during the validity period of your prepaid fuel card, regarding its usage.
3.9. The Promoter is not the provider of the Purchase Rewards and has no control over their operation or delivery.
4. Liability4.1. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party rewards and providers.
4.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4.3. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability in connection with the Promotion shall not exceed the value of the reward provided.
5. Promotion Management5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, cancel, terminate, or amend the Promotion, or substitute it with an alternative reward of equal or lesser value, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw rewards where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
6. Data Protection6.1. Personal data will be processed by the Promoter and its appointed partners (including but not limited to IMO Car Wash, Rhino Design (Manchester) Ltd, Grace & Courage Ltd, Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), Holiday Extras, Swissport GB Ltd (trading as Aspire Lounges) and OPL Leisure Group Ltd t/a countryhotelbreaks.com) solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
6.2. Each reward partner acts as an independent data controller in respect of its own services.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
