
Part Time Contact Centre Advisor – Hybrid role with 3 days office attendance at Head Office in London (Elstree WD6 3SA) so you should live in the Greater London area.
Salary up to £26,250 OTE
Hours: 30 hours per week

We are currently seeking out a Contact Centre Advisor to join our dedicated and professional team.
What you will do:
Our Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, and they use their excellent communication skills and professional and friendly manner to assist customers. Our highly professional team deal with all phone, email and online enquiries to book customers’ vehicles for service. Our Contact Centre Advisors act as a brand advocates for Endeavour Automotive and will support our mission to provide outstanding customer engagement by providing memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.

The Contact Centre Advisor we are looking for will thrive in a customer-centric and results driven environment. They will demonstrate consistently high standards of customer care. They will represent Endeavour Automotive in their approach whilst using their presence and charisma to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Previous experience in the automotive industry desired.
