We are currently seeking out a Contact Centre Advisor, with automotive experience, to join our dedicated and professional team

What you will do:

Our Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, and they use their excellent communication skills and professional and friendly manner to assist customers. Our highly professional team deal with all phone, email and online enquiries to book customers’ vehicles for service as well as selling service plans and parts accessories. Our Contact Centre Advisors act as a brand advocates for Endeavour Automotive and will support our mission to provide outstanding customer engagement by providing memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.

They will represent Endeavour Automotive in their approach whilst using their presence and charisma to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
