Customer Retention Specialist – Volvo North West London x 2

Salary: £30,000 OTE £42,000 per annum

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (42.5 hours per week)

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at our brand new flagship dealership in North West London.

What you will do:

Our Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for speaking with our finance customers to improve customer loyalty, retention, and overall customer experience throughout the ownership journey. Working closely with the Sales Department, the role is designed to increase customer retention, generate qualified sales appointments, enhance manufacturer customer satisfaction scores, and strengthen the dealership's reputation. This role will also be the first point of contact for every inbound online and telephone enquiry.

• Great telephone manner
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results

• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Customer service background
• Previous telephone sales experience desirable
