We are now looking for two experienced and driven Customer Relations Managers to join our team and play a key role in shaping and improving the customer experience across the business.
The Role
This is a high-impact position focused on taking ownership of customer concerns, ensuring effective resolution, and driving continuous improvement across the customer journey for our Volvo and Polestar brands.
You will work closely with operational leaders and dealership teams to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidates will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and be confident in influencing positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues and complaints from initial contact through to resolution, acting as the primary escalation point for customers
- Collaborating with Department Managers to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused customer experience
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify reoccurring issues, process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on customer service scores, feedback, and complaint trends. Producing and presenting weekly performance and root cause analysis summaries to the Board
- Work collaboratively with dealership management teams to implement improvements
- Support the development of a customer-first culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Ensuring all customer interactions align with brand standards, regulatory requirements and Company values
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve communication, accountability and customer outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in customer relations, customer service, or complaint resolution
- Is highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Can confidently manage difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes
- Has strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Is proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Has the ability to influence and build strong relationships across departments
- Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
