Finance Renewal Administrator

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Location: Hyundai Watford, 5 Greenhill Crescent, Watford, WD18 8TF.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Finance Renewal Administrator to join our Hyundai team.

What you will do:

Our Finance Renewal Administrator will ensure the smooth running of the finance renewals processes and uphold the high standards set by the business. The role will include making outbound calls to customers on our dedicated finance renewal system and following up with emails and appointment details. You will be responsible for keeping the system up to date with detailed notes and quotes.

The Finance Renewal Administrator we are looking for will be a team player, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

To be successful in this role you must have the following: -

· At least 2 years' administration experience within the automotive industry

· Experience using Kerridge/CDK

· Excellent organisational skills

· Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
