Service Advisor – Bodyshop Ipswich

Salary: £25,389 - £29,741.40

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Ipswich Bodyshop team.

What you will do:

Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

• At least 2 years’ customer facing experience within the automotive industry.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
