Trade Parts Administrator

Location: Trade Parts Centre, Unit C, Coppetts Centre, North Circular Road, London, N12 0SH

Salary: £25,000 pa

Hours: 37.5 per week

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Trade Parts Administrator to join our team, based at our Trade Parts Centre.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for managing various admin for the Trade Parts Centre. As the Trade Parts Administrator you will play a key part in liaison between the trade parts & finance team at Endeavour Automotive Ltd. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verifying purchase ledger invoices for parts received
• Booking in parts received
• Collating the daily banking, ensuring it is submitted to the finance team in line with requirements & that it reconciles with the end of day PDQ totals
• Following up on trade parts debtors
• Liaising with the credit control team on credit customers
• Supporting the finance team & trade parts team on any admin related queries that arise
• Ensure open channels of communication exist with the finance team
• Working with the Group Parts Manager & the Regional Accountant to ensure that all admin tasks are completed in line with the relevant timescales
• A sound knowledge and understanding of how a parts department operates: and
• Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
