Warranty Administrator – Volvo North West

Salary: £32,000

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our Service team.

Purpose of Role

To efficiently process all warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts processing conform to industry standards.

To minimise warranty rejection rates and help drive excellent audit standards.

Who you are:

The Warranty Administrator we are looking for will be a team player. With exceptional attention to detail, they will provide a consistently high standard of support to the Service team and should have excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience not only to Endeavour’s customers but also to their colleagues within the Company.

Requirements

Previous experience of working within Warranty, Parts, or service departments within an automotive company.

Excellent organisational skills

Highly competent in using Microsoft Office
