4th January 2021 Update
Following the Government Announcement on 4th January regarding new lockdown measures in England from 5th January 2020, we wanted to reassure you that your local Endeavour dealership remains focused on supporting our customers, colleagues and local communities, we want to update our customers on a number of changes to our dealership operations.
As always the safety of our colleagues and our customers remains our number one priority.
Servicing and Aftersales
All aftersales departments are classified as ‘essential’ services and will remain open during this current lockdown. You can book your aftersales appointment on our website by clicking here.
When bringing your car into our dealership, you will notice that our COVID safety procedures are well and truly established, and the feedback we have received from customers has been very positive.
From Tuesday 5th January all of our physical sales showrooms will be temporarily closed in accordance with Government requirements.
However, we will REMAIN OPEN TO HANDLE YOUR ENQUIRIES DIGITALLY OR BY TELEPHONE.
Our sales teams will be on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing a new or used car or commercial vehicle (as we were during previous lockdowns). We can offer Zoom/Teams/Video calls and telephone appointments, reserve over the telephone, value your part exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home.
If you have ordered a new vehicle for delivery in December or if you order a vehicle digitally or by telephone during December, we offer a “Click & Collect” service with a contact-less and hygienic handover process from a designated outdoor area. Home delivery options are also available on request.
