We’ve just created some new roles that we’re excited to tell you about – the roles are in our Customer Digital Response Team, meaning that you will be the first point of contact between the customer and our Company, and we all know that first impressions count for a lot.
Before we get into the detail on what we’re looking for, first, let us introduce ourselves. What you’ll do
So now that we’ve got you invested, we should probably tell you a little more about what the role entails.
This brand new team will be responsible for reviewing all digitial enquiries that are receieved through our live chat function, and the digital contact forms that are found on our website. Your mission will be to understand our customers needs, and decide who will be best placed to provide that service to them.
You will work closely with all of the departments to ensure that your customer is armed with all of the information that they need, and demonstrate to them, that at Endeavour, we care about our customers.

As we’ve said, experience in the automotive industry isn’t essential for this role, but you must have:
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week across shift patterns covering 8:00am – 21:00pm.
Work Place: Chiswick with the opportunity for remote/ home working
