Applicants must be able to demonstrate leadership experience in a Main Dealer Franchise with the ability to develop and increase new business opportunities, and the successful candidate will be an integral part of shaping the future of a growing brand.
You will be organised, flexible and a team player, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines, passionate about delivering a first class service and have a proven track record in delivering excellence. Self-motivation, confidence and enthusiasm, with the ability to examine and analyse financial data and monitor expenditure, will also be vital attributes.
Strong communication skills will be key to inspiring, leading and developing employees to achieve their full potential. This role is will suit an individual that has the desire to deliver an excellent quality of service to each and every customer and enjoys coaching and developing team members to deliver our values.
