Contact Centre Advisor – Home Based (working from a dealership when required)
Salary: £18,000 plus commission
Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, Lotus and Polestar across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently seeking out a Contact Centre Advisor to join our dedicated and professional team.
Location: Remote working available but ideally you should be based within the Greater London/Home Counties area in order to make yourself available to be able to work from a dealership located within in the above mentioned area if and when required.
What you will do:
Our Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, and they use their excellent communication skills and professional and friendly manner to assist customers. Our highly professional team ensure deal with all phone, email and online enquiries to book customers’ vehicles for service as well as selling service plans and parts accessories. Our Contact Centre Advisors act as a brand advocates for Endeavour Automotive and will support our mission to provide outstanding customer engagement by providing memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.
