Prep Supervisor

Location: Chiswick

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000

We currently have a superb opportunity available for a Prep Supervisor to join our team in Chiswick.

What you’ll do

This role will oversee the smooth running of the workshop, coordinating all preparation work for vehicles and allocating jobs appropriately. You will ensure that all preparation, diagnostic, maintenance, service, and repair work is carried out to the highest standards whilst maintaining a safe and productive workshop.

Who you are

A fully qualified Technician, you will have experience working within dealership service departments and have a sound understanding of prioritisation and allocation of work within the workshop. You will have worked in Technician or Workshop Controller positions previously and have developed a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will hold a recognised qualification in NVQ level 3. For this role you must have the following: -

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Be qualified to NVQ level 3
• Take an innovative approach to achieving personal and shared goals
