The CEO awards are a way of rewarding our hard-working staff based off achievements and testimonials. Every staff nominates a colleague to reward their recent success and hard work on the values of Professionalism, Pride, Passion and Performance. Our CEO, John Caney, reads through all of the nominations and picks 5 deserving winners who are rewarded with £750.
Ryan was nominated by no less than 5 colleagues within his team at Slough, who all said some fantastic things about him. He is always a positive member of the team who demonstrates all of the Endeavour Values. Ryan delivers an exceptional customer experience, providing mini handovers to service customers and exceeding their expectations. He has also been credited with introducing a number of Service customers to the Sales team which were converted to sales. Ryan has shown himself to be a true ambassador of the Company and the Volvo brand and is a very deserving winner of the CEO Award.
Gemma was nominated by a number of colleagues at Volvo Watford for her Passion and Professionalism. A relatively new member of the team, she has become an integral part of the team. Gemma takes pride in everything she does, making sure that all her customers are extremely happy at handover and beyond. She also has an extremely professional and personable manor. Her Sales Manager believes that her excellent performance has help to drive forward the CEM performance at Volvo Watford.
Dave has been nominated for his professionalism and outstanding contribution to the Service team. He helps out in the service and parts department whilst also working on customer vehicles. He also takes the time to serve customers as well and provide them with helpful advice. I believe that he demonstrates all of our values and is a great ambassador for the brand.
Karen has been nominated for her pride and professionalism. She has been described as a great team player who is always there to help. Her colleagues have said that she truly cares about the business and will come in on days off to ensure everything is alright. She will take on additional tasks that may not be part of her normal role but does so to support the dealership. Well done Karen and thank you for your hard work and commitment!
Michael shows daily pride for his space and customer satisfaction. He always goes above and beyond for customers ensuring their experience is a wow moment. He prides himself on car park presentation – a role that is easily overlooked when it all flows on a daily basis but is such an important aspect of customer experience. Well done Michael!
